Pets in cabin are not permitted on transatlantic flights or flights to / from Barbados and Hawaii, with dogs and cats only for travel to / from Mexico and Costa Rica. US Airways does not accept pets in the cargo hold for Phoenix and Las Vegas due to their tendencies towards extreme temperatures. Dogs, domestic cats and birds are accepted as checked baggage on nonstop US Airways Shuttle flights in the Boston / Washington Reagan National / and New York Laguardia markets only. US Airways must be advised in advance. If you are traveling on another airline, you are subject to their fees and your pet will need to be claimed and re-checked with the connecting airline.
